Greenscene has carefully selected suppliers and aims to only use materials that are recycled, recyclable, re-usable and sustainable. This will reduce the environmental impact of holding any event we construct and install. Each supplier must guarantee the credentials of their product prior to its use and these will be passed to clients post production.
In brief:
- All timber products are Forestry Stewardship Council certified
- We are working towards FSC, BS 8901 and carbon trust certification
- Standard fabrics are woven from recycled fibres and sourced from organic producers
- Carpets are produced from recycled fabrics and are recyclable
- Paints are water based and have the lowest possible volatile organic compounds
Wherever a sustainable, recycled product can be used for your event Greenscene will endeavour to source it. Where none exists, we will provide the most sustainable alternative and continue to work with suppliers to produce one. We work closely with all our suppliers to source greener products and drive demand for sustainable materials.
